No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
All returns subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
Because of conditions beyond the control of MONITOUCH HMI, the buyer agrees that the sole remedy against MONITOUCH HMI for any breach of warranty or conditions shall be limited to the replacement of part or refund, at seller's discretion. Buyer assumes responsibility and expense for the removal, reinstallation, and freight charges in connection with the aforementioned warranty. Buyer agrees that no other remedy including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, lost production, down time over-head, labor, injury to persons or property, or any other incidental or consequential loss is available from the seller, and buyers agrees to hold seller harmless and indemnify, in such instances.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND CONSTITUTES THE ONLY WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS OR PARTS SOLD HEREUNDER AND NO OTHER WARRANTY IS GIVEN WHICH EXTENDS BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF.
