"The Monitouch product is one of the best HMI solutions
I have ever used. I am a system integrator that has used
most of the major brands of HMI’s on the market today and I have
found that the Monitouch product is the best for the following
reasons:
- The product is one of the most rugged I have seen.
I currently have the product in bakeries, wastewater plants,
pump stations
and large scale conveyor systems which have their own harsh
and extreme environments. The Monitouch product has worked
well in all of them.
- Second, the software is extremely easy
to use. Most of my time is spent programming my project
and not worrying
if
it will configure and communicate to the current PLC I’m
using.
- Third, and most important is service. The staff at
Monitouch understands integrators and when there is a problem
they
work with you and treat your problem as if it was their
own. They’re very prompt with solutions to issues
not like most products out there whose service personnel
can’t
answer questions about there own product. Monitouch knows
their product inside and out and helped me with some pretty
unique projects over the years.
In closing, the product speaks
for itself in quality and ruggedness and the staff at Monitouch
are some of the most
knowledgeable and helpful people I have ever run into in
